Mechanisms of RNA Post-Transcriptional Homeostasis

Our laboratory is dedicated to understanding the fundamental mechanisms governing RNA post-transcriptional regulation and cellular homeostasis. We focus on the dynamic regulation of RNA processing, modification, degradation, and translation, and investigate how these processes coordinate to maintain cellular function under physiological and stress conditions.

By integrating structural biology, biochemistry, and cell biology approaches, we aim to elucidate the molecular and structural basis of RNA-binding proteins and functional RNA complexes, and to uncover how dysregulation of RNA homeostasis contributes to viral infection and human disease.
